One of Australia’s Leading Canine Behaviour Specialists

Obedience Training Centre Australia is a family-run canine behaviour and training facility based on our acreage in Little River, Victoria, supporting clients across Melbourne, Geelong, Australia-wide, and internationally.

We work with dogs and owners who are struggling, overwhelmed, or have been let down elsewhere, as well as those who simply want the highest level of obedience and control. Our focus is long-term behavioural stability, safety, and real-world reliability, not quick fixes or surface-level training.

The centre is led by Sybinta Saunders, a second-generation dog trainer and recognised canine behaviour modification specialist, known for her work with aggressive, high-risk, and powerful breeds. Her results are practical, traceable, and well documented, built on years of hands-on experience rehabilitating dogs other trainers could not handle.
Every dog is trained personally and exclusively by Sybinta.
There are no rotating trainers, no generic programs, and no conveyor-belt systems. We intentionally keep numbers small so each dog and owner receives genuine one-on-one attention and support.

Our work is grounded in strong relationships, clear communication, and mutual trust. We take the time to understand the dog, the owner, and the environment they are returning to, because lasting change only happens when the whole picture is addressed.

With experience in government canine development programs and a particular strength in working with guardian and working breeds such as German Shepherds, Tibetan Mastiffs, Caucasian Shepherds, and similar power breeds, this is behaviour work done at the highest level, without ego or gimmicks.
Clients regularly travel from interstate and overseas to work with us, and in some cases, Sybinta is flown internationally to rehabilitate dogs on-site for valued long-term clients.

To maintain quality, safety, and personal involvement, we accept only two new client dogs at a time.
If you are looking for experienced, honest help from people who genuinely care about dogs and the people who live with them, you are in the right place.
